Delete Your Account
You can request deletion of your Claimly account directly from the app. Once requested, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. You may cancel the request at any time before deletion is finalised.
How to delete your account

Open the Profile tab
Tap the Profile icon in the bottom navigation bar of the app.

Tap "Delete"
Scroll down to the Delete Account card and tap the Delete button.

Confirm your request
A confirmation dialog will appear. Tap Delete My Account to proceed.

Wait for deletion
Your account will be permanently deleted within 30 days. You can continue using the app during this period and cancel the request if you change your mind.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile (name, email, preferences)
- All uploaded receipt images
- All extracted receipt data and expense records
- Tax deduction categories, claim percentages, and claimed amounts
- Any exported reports history
Please note
- Account deletion is permanent and irreversible once the 30-day period has passed
- You can cancel the request any time before deletion is finalised
- You will not be able to recover any data after deletion
- Previously exported PDF or CSV files on your device will not be affected
You can also request account deletion by emailing support@claimlyapp.com from the email address associated with your account.
